Dear Free Birth Society Community, 

I am writing with the hardest thing I’ve ever had to share, to endure, to live through. 

I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby, stillborn at 41 weeks of gestation. Our son, our baby, was not born alive. 

There are no words for this pain, this experience, and all that it brings. 

Thankfully, our family is well supported, and we are deeply grateful. We are upside down in heartache, and also feel the halo of angels around us. 

I will be taking a suspended moment for myself and my family in this infinite well of grief before I continue with the always-personal offerings of my company. 

The MatriBirth Mentor Institute program, which was set to begin September 1st, will be postponed. Our current plan is to suspend MMI for one month. The 2-part workshop G.R.I.F.T. with Yolande will also have new dates that will be announced soon. We will contact all who purchased/enrolled separately with more details. 

My team will continue to release the weekly podcast. The first 20 or so episodes were recorded while I was still pregnant, which feels so painful and weird to air now, but these women’s stories deserve to be heard. We plan to take a winter break after these are aired to regroup.
